Reverend Denis McCorry Jr. was called to Hickory Grove Baptist Church on August 30, 2015. Denis is a graduate of Liberty University Baptist Theological Seminary and has received a Master's in Theological Studies and a Master's of Divinity. He has served as the Youth Pastor at Tilly Swamp Baptist Church, the Associate Pastor at Garden City Baptist Church and the Senior Pastor at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. He is married to Renee, his wife of 27 years. They have two adult children. Denis desires to use his gifts and talents to further the gospel of Christ, to equip believers, and to be a light in the community.
